How does Shipping work?
Jesterspick has partnered with vendors and artisans in the U.S. to provide free and fast shipping through courier partners UPS only inside America🇺🇸 

We offer tracked shipping on most items and since we ship directly from our partners, your item may take 4-7 business days to arrive after orders are confirmed.

In some cases, products or variants may be out of stock and we would have to ship those products from standby warehouses through established courier partners like DHL so it is secured and shipped quickly. However, there could be a shipping charge for these products. If you're not happy with the shipping charge, you could simply choose from other available variants in stock.

We offer international shipping options to select countries - products will be shipped through global courier partners DHL!

How can I track my order?
Once your item is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number to monitor your shipment.

The tracking number for my order stopped updating, what happened?
If you're buying from outside of the U.S. (particularly in Canada), your country's customs department may decide to hold your items at the border temporarily, often without explanation!
Note: Canada's customs department takes a particularly long time to resolve these holds. This is relatively rare, but if your order is held up in customs, we suggest calling your country's customs department directly and ask that they release your items immediately.

What if your store does not have the product I am looking for?
We will be adding new products that meet our standards regularly however if you don't see a product that you need, just let us know by email - info@jesterspick.com and we will be happy to source this product for you.
